Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO THE
PURCHASE OF YOUR UNIFORMS FROM NANCO UNIFORM MFGR.
PAYMENT: All orders must be paid before shipping. Payment may be made by cash,
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check debit card, personal check or money
order payable to NanCo. Shipping on orders paid by personal check will be held for 2 weeks
from the date the check is received by NanCo to allow time for the check to clear the bank. A
fee of $20 will be charged for all returned/NSF checks.
THIRD PARTY PAYMENT: This means payment will be made by a government agency or
assistance type of business. In this instance, the third party must provide a letter or voucher
verifying they are taking responsibility for payment. The letter must include the following:
Your Name, Name of Agency Representative, Agency Name, Billing Address and
Telephone Number. If your agency chooses not to pay for any items or charges, it will be
necessary that you pay for it at the time of sizing.
PELL GRANTS, FINANCIAL AID, SCHOLORSHIP PROGRAMS: We are unable to collect
payments from these programs directly. The student will need to pay for the order and seek
reimbursement from the program directly.
EXCHANGES: We will accept a garment for size exchange provided that it meets the criteria set
forth under the return policy. The student/school will send the item(s) to us noting what they are
being exchanged for. We will ship back to the student/school via UPS the item(s) requested.
We will do our best to reship the requested item(s) within 1 week.
RETURN POLICY: We will accept a garment for return and refund provided that it meets the
following criteria. Be advised there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund
amount. No refunds will be issued for shipping and handling or badges.
- It is a current uniform design
- Garments have not been worn or washed and do not need to be washed due to fuzz,
animal hair, etc.
- Garments have not been altered (they are not a 'custom fit' size)
- Shoes may be returned if they have not been worn & are in original box
- Accessories must be in original packaging and unused
- Badges cannot be returned for refund
ALTERATIONS: if a student desires a special alteration that customizes the garment,
appropriate alteration charges will be assessed at the time of ordering and will render the
garment nonrefundable.
