Delivery Standards

We only ship within the United States. Our goods are not exported. We always ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. We ship either to the school or directly to the student as dictated by each school/customer.

We request 6 weeks for a manufacturing and shipping time frame for an entire class of students. We typically ship quicker than that and some customers do have a faster standard shipping time frame due to shorter lab-to-clinical time frame.

For individual orders we ship within 48 hours 90% of the time.
